On November 28, 2023, the Radio Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China released the "Type Approval Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Wireless LAN Equipment Adopting the IEEE 802.11be Technical Standard".
Wireless LAN equipment that adopts the IEEE 802.11be technical standard should comply with the relevant requirements stipulated in the "Notification of Matters Related to Radio Management about Strengthening and Regulating 2400-2483.5MHz, 5150-5350MHz and 5725-5850MHz Frequency Bands " ( [2021] No. 129 ), and add three test items include Multi-Link Operation (MLO) characteristics, Multi-Resource Unit (MRU) spectrum template, and Error Vector Magnitude (EVM).
