On November 29, 2023, the Indian Telecommunication Engineering Centre (TEC) has approved a generic exemption from the submission of test reports for three crucial parameters of 5G NR interfaces until December 31, 2023. These parameters include:
1. 5G NR (FR1)
2. 5G NR- FR1 and FR2 interworking with other Radios
3. 5G NR (FR2)
These 5G NR interfaces related to Essential Requirement (ER) on Router (TEC37682308) under Mandatory Testing and Certification of Telecommunication Equipment (MTCTE) regulations.
